The Object Of This Contract Is The Concession Of The Operation Service Of The Bar Located In The Grounds Of The Prades Municipal Swimming Pools, During The Summer Season, As Well As The Performance Of Certain Ancillary Services Linked To The Correct Operation And Ordinary Maintenance Of The Facilities. Bar Service Of The Municipal Pools, Cleaning And Maintenance By The The Concession Is Granted At The Risk And Chance Of The Person Awarded The Contract, Who Will Fully Assume The Operational Risk Derived From The Operation Of The Service, Including The Risk Of Demand, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 15 Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8, On Public Sector Contracts. Specifically, The Object Of The Contract Includes: A) Exploitation Of The Bar Service: - The Provision Of The Bar Service Within The Premises Of The Municipal Swimming Pools, Including The Preparation And Sale Of Drinks And Food. - The Economic Management Of The Service, With The Right To Collect Directly From The Users The Amount Of The Products Consumed. - The Organization Of The Service In Accordance With The Proposal Presented And The Conditions Established In This Specification. B) Ancillary Services: - The Ordinary Cleaning And Maintenance In Appropriate Hygienic Conditions Of The Facilities Linked To The Bar, As Well As Of The Common Spaces Immediately Related To Its Activity (Terrace, Toilets And Dressing Rooms Of The Premises). - The Basic Maintenance And Ordinary Conservation Of The Spaces Subject To The Concession, In Order To Guarantee Their Correct Use During The Validity Of The Contract.
